📋 Description

• The Junior Python Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of backend applications. • Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency. • Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and bugs in Python backend applications. • Develop and implement new features and functionalities with a keen attention to detail. • Develop efficient database interactions within Python applications. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation. • Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. • Proficiently use Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts. • Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation. • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks according to urgency. • Work closely with team members to investigate issues and discuss solutions. • Demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback received. • Employ critical thinking to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and colleagues at all times. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KP’s. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Python software development or equivalent. • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. • Basic knowledge in SQL and database management is a plus. • Basic knowledge in cloud services or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. • Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems. • Ability to analyze and solve basic coding problems. • Ability to quickly absorb and apply new technologies and concepts. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
