📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems and applications • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux operating systems, networking, and software • Assist users with system configuration, maintenance, and optimization • Stay up-to-date on the latest Linux distributions, updates, and security patches • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system operations • Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in Linux system administration or technical support • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line interface • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
