📋 Description

• Prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings, draft contracts, and negotiate through deal closing • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows • Research industry trends and potential markets for business opportunities • Identify, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound lead pipelines • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop relevant solutions • Track and report personal KPIs accurately and on time • Collaborate on strategic and long-term tasks and objectives • Coordinate with leadership to identify and implement new business opportunities, approaches, and ideas • Gather and analyze feedback to identify service improvement and product offering opportunities • Work closely with the leadership team, including the Chief Growth Officer, and own the full business development cycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles, ideally in tech • Fluent English (C1–C2, written and spoken) • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot and AI-driven tools • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to listen actively and convey ideas clearly • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence handling feedback and high-pressure situations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive and adaptable approach • Fast learner with creative, out-of-the-box thinking and a continuous improvement mindset • Experience in SaaS, BPO, or tech-driven environments is a plus • Background in outbound sales or lead generation is a plus • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams is a plus
