📋 Description

• Perform thorough manual QA testing of live, customer-facing e-commerce storefronts, with particular focus on U.S. storefront experiences • Review complete customer journeys across homepage, navigation, search, collections, product detail pages, cart, checkout, and other key shopping flows • Test storefronts across desktop, mobile web, Android, iOS, and major browsers • Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability, end-to-end, responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device testing • Identify subtle functional issues, edge cases, visual inconsistencies, broken interactions, and UX problems • Test websites from a real customer perspective and identify friction or unexpected behavior • Investigate issues across browsers, devices, screen sizes, user journeys, and scenarios • Identify issues affecting product discovery, navigation, customer experience, checkout, conversion, or storefront reliability • Capture evidence including screenshots and screen recordings, with context for reproduction • Prepare concise, structured QA reports explaining the issue, customer impact, reproduction steps, and expected versus actual behavior • Identify patterns and recurring issues across storefronts

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience performing manual QA testing on live, customer-facing e-commerce websites • Previous experience testing e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer storefronts, ideally for consumer brands • Experience testing a U.S. e-commerce storefront or working with U.S.-focused online retail experiences • Strong experience testing customer journeys including browsing, search, product pages, cart, checkout, and other purchase-related flows • Comfortable testing across desktop, mobile web, Android, iOS, and multiple browsers • Strong exploratory testing mindset, with the ability to test beyond the happy path and predefined test cases • Able to independently investigate, reproduce, document, and communicate issues with minimal oversight • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear and professional QA reports • Available to work full-time during U.S. business hours, approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET
