• 1+ year sales experience (B2B preferred) • Proven ability to sell services (not just products) • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume prospecting • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated closing ability you know how to create urgency and win the deal • Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback • College diploma or degree (preferred) • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Strong objection-handling skills without getting defensive • Quick thinker in fast-paced environments • Contact center or SaaS sales experience
