📋 Description

• Drive commercialization of MVNO products/services within retail channels through indirect sales. • Train and develop retail sales teams and expand external points of sale. • Responsible for boosting sales and results by training partner sales representatives. • Implement merchandising strategies and monitor point-of-sale performance. • Provide competitive updates, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance with company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in progress or completed (Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields) • Intermediate knowledge of telecommunications services • Minimum 2 years of experience • Experience delivering training/capacity-building for sales teams, with field/external sales activity • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales processes
