📋 Description

• Receive and log HR inquiries via phone and email • Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems • Address employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and other HR matters • Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to established processes • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality • Take ownership of query resolution and individual performance metrics • Support employees throughout their employment as part of the HR shared services team in Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in German (minimum B2H) • Good proficiency in English (B2) • Business-level written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy and numeracy • Willingness to adapt to various systems and databases • Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to privacy standards • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Previous experience in administration, HR, or customer service is an advantage
