📋 Description

• Support customers of a global streaming media and entertainment company • Build rapport with callers while assisting with movies, TV shows, and animated stories • Provide customer service and technical support • Troubleshoot streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices • Diagnose and resolve customer problems • Use multiple applications simultaneously while supporting customers • Work with CRM applications as applicable • Complete testing as part of the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment • Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience • Experience with streaming and basic troubleshooting skills • Understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc. • Basic PC keyboarding skills • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Technical support experience • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and use several applications simultaneously • CRM application experience preferred • Excellent internet connectivity: at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with the systems • Must be a resident of the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States
