📋 Description

• Provide email and chat support to platform users without phone calls • Answer common how-to and FAQ-type questions • Assist with account management and payment-related issues • Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity • Support Spotify, a global music streaming platform, and its international user base

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French at C1 level • Fluency in English at C1 level • Valid EU work permit required to work in Bulgaria • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required • Excellent communication skills • Positive, problem-solving attitude
