📋 Description
• Provide advance clinical telephone support to Sutter Health patients and other callers • Assess patients' needs and appropriately disposition cases • Collaborate with clinic and hospital-based providers for prescriptions and follow-up activities • Assist physician partners with message management in electronic medical record system
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • RN-Registered Nurse of California • RN-Registered Nurse in State of Residence • 2 years' experience of practical nursing in hospital, clinic, urgent care, or emergency department • Advanced clinical knowledge of medical diagnoses and protocols • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
