📋 Description
• Tracks and documents interventions and outcomes • Coordinates scheduling/referring of patients to specialty providers • Prepares patients for appointments • Reviews radiology reports and assists in formalized processes for transition in care pathways • Collaborates with program stakeholders for data collection and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • At least one year of post-high school medical education • Associate degree preferred • At least one year of clinical oncology health care experience • Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology • Proficiency in Excel and Word • Prefer prior Epic experience
