📋 Description

• Build, ship, and evolve Ithara, Suzega's Agentic Engineering Platform • Design, build, and maintain all core Ithara components • Deliver features across AI Apps, backend, frontend, and data layers • Ensure quality through testing, debugging, and production monitoring • Drive platform adoption within client delivery teams through onboarding, enablement, documentation, blueprints, and pre-built components • Capture reusable patterns and translate client engagement feedback into platform iterations • Track and improve platform metrics including time-to-deployment, code reuse, and cost per AI App • Enforce security, compliance, and responsible AI practices across platform components • Participate in virtual interviews and potentially complete a design exercise or case study

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and scaling full-stack platforms across frontend, backend, APIs, and data • Hands-on experience with AI applications, LLM orchestration frameworks, SDK development, or agentic workflows • Experience designing reusable component libraries, SDKs, or internal developer platforms for multiple engineering teams • Experience with production monitoring, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud data infrastructure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and mentoring delivery teams • Ability to turn complex requirements into clean, reusable platform features • Must be able to work from anywhere in India
