📋 Description

• You take responsibility for all project management tasks, from concept and planning through implementation to final completion. • You contribute significantly to business development opportunities defined or enabled by the energy regulatory framework, such as direct marketing, tenant electricity (Mieterstrom), energy sharing, and future requirements from market actors and legislators. • You analyze data, processes, risks and market conditions and support the development of concepts to monitor and secure core energy business processes. • You play a key role in marketing generation volumes from swa and third parties, participate in all relevant energy markets, and are actively involved in balancing group and portfolio management activities. • Your operational focus is on energy procurement, balancing and marketing, and on interfaces with involved organizational units such as IT, Sales and Billing. • You lead special projects and tasks and support colleagues on individual projects and assignments as agreed internally.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Energy Management or Business Informatics — or a technical/commercial vocational qualification with further training and several years of professional experience in the relevant field. • Several years of relevant professional experience in the energy sector. • Project management skills and a hands-on, get-things-done attitude, as well as an "I can" or "I can learn" mentality. • Organizational and structural commitment and strong implementation abilities. • Strong affinity for digital workflows and solutions and solid IT user skills, ideally in an energy-sector environment (EDM, PFM, etc.). • Confident use of Office 365 applications, with advanced Excel skills in particular. • Strong team orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in professional and personal development. • German language level: at least C1 for successful collaboration.
