• Ensure the success of partners by accelerating time-to-revenue during onboarding • Manage a portfolio of partners and be accountable for their revenue growth • Track and analyse partners’ performance to identify opportunities and challenges • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for top partners and drive partner engagement with standardized monthly reporting and product marketing • Upsell new features on existing projects with partners • Monitor and manage partner satisfaction through Health Score, CSAT, and other metrics • Coordinate with the product development team to convey customer requirements and feedback • Work cross-functionally with Integration Specialists, Compliance, Account Executives and Support to streamline onboarding and partner success
• 4+ years of experience in account management, key account sales or CSM in a start-up/scale-up or consulting environment • Strong interest in startups and emerging technology businesses • Ability to understand and articulate technical and regulatory concepts of a Financial Institution • Consultative sales skills and strong business acumen • Data-driven and highly analytical • Fluent in German with professional proficiency in English • Curious and eager to learn • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Compliance teams
