• Claims Processing: Book, close, and transmit repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds software. • Utilize multiple Mercedes-Benz software programs to process claims, review labor times, and analyze related documents. • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about claims developments, coverage standards, and updates to manufacturer policy. • Participate in manufacturer webinars and internal reviews. • Documentation and Reporting: Reconciling Warranty Receivables Schedules using provided Accounting tools. • Accurately document all claim activities in the management system. • Provide regular claim status reports and review trends with management team.
• 2+ years of Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administration experience required. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "Think outside the box" when necessary. • Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Experience navigating Service and Warranty functions within NetStar and EVA. • Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
