📋 Description

• Ensure and further develop Swisscom’s space infrastructure across Switzerland • Plan capacity in close collaboration with project coordination and space planning • Manage investment and operating costs, including forecasting, volume planning, and lifecycle management • Establish requirements management for business-critical infrastructure • Coordinate operating costs across multiple technical disciplines • Manage and develop supplier relationships, including price negotiations, contract drafting, audits, and KPI monitoring • Lead and contribute to projects relating to space infrastructure, finance, and partner management • Share responsibility for meeting schedule, cost, and quality targets

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a degree in Business Administration from a university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college • Further education in Facility Management or Real Estate Management at a university of applied sciences or higher technical college is an advantage • Several years of experience in real estate management, space management, or technical property management • Experience with budget responsibility, cost control, lifecycle management, and volume planning • Very good knowledge of Excel • Experience with business software (ERP) or real estate solutions is an advantage • Self-motivated, structured, and quality-conscious approach to work • Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland • Strong communicator with a confident presence when dealing with executives, partners, and internal stakeholders • Enjoys cross-functional collaboration; highly team-oriented and able to manage conflicts constructively • Curious and committed to the continuous improvement of processes and standards • Very good German and good English, both written and spoken • French is an advantage
