âą Prepare operating rooms according to specialty requirements: opening and setup âą Welcome and receive patients âą Position patients for surgery in collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams âą Monitor the progress of surgical procedures in collaboration with TSO, the surgical team and the anesthesia team âą Ensure traceability and documentation of procedures and of instruments/materials used âą Maintain and clean facilities and medical equipment âą Apply hygiene and aseptic protocols
đŻ Requirements
âą Previous experience in an operating room is required âą Versatility across various specialties: orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery âą Strong sense of priorities and effective stress management âą Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams âą Strong organizational skills âą Ability to work independently âą Flexibility âą ATSSO diploma is an asset
