📋 Description

• Inspire and manage a nationwide team of field engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance • Oversee reactive and planned maintenance for communal heating systems, including HIUs, metering, AMR technologies, and prepayment infrastructure • Ensure resources, training, and equipment are in place to meet and exceed service levels • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external clients, solving complex challenges with confidence • Conduct audits to uphold quality standards and drive operational efficiency • Lead operational planning, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions • Monitor adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and health and safety regulations • Collaborate closely with regional teams, contractors, and scheduling functions to deliver seamless service • Report monthly on KPIs, performance trends, and service initiatives • Contribute to contract delivery and revenue expansion while managing budgets effectively • Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and stock control, ensuring a safe and efficient operation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing remote engineering teams • Deep technical knowledge of communal heating systems • Familiarity with AMR technologies (Mbus, Radio, DLC) and prepayment systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis • Ability to thrive in multi-site, multi-client environments • IOSH Health & Safety qualification (or willingness to achieve this upon appointment) • Tech-savvy with digital tools and mobile work technology
