📋 Description

• Conduct and review trademark searches and provide strategic advice and risk analyses. • Advise clients on the registrability and strength of their marks. • File a high volume of trademark applications at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. • Respond to Office actions. • Assist senior trademark attorneys with their caseloads. • Increase access to the law by helping small businesses register trademarks and spend more time giving legal advice than powering through administrative minutiae. • Contribute to Swyft Legal’s mission and help us strategically grow in our efforts to give more people access to legal services as we expand our services.

🎯 Requirements

• License to practice law in Arizona or Washington DC • 0-5 years of legal experience • Experience in intellectual property law • Passion for professional ethics • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non-attorneys and clients • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong computer skills • A proactive, self-motivated mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment • Patent bar license or license-eligible is a plus
