📋 Description

• Manage travel logistics or reimbursement processing for patients participating in assigned clinical trial projects • Collaborate with PCS Project Managers, the Patient Concierge Services Manager, and internal teams to understand study requirements and implement patient support services • Support setup of new projects, including mailbox creation, portal access, SharePoint folders, and study-specific documentation • Review and validate patient enrollment information and approve access to designated digital platforms such as PatientGO • Serve as the primary contact for patient requests through the app, email, or phone • Coordinate flight, train, accommodation, and ground transport bookings • Review, verify, approve, reject, or escalate patient reimbursement and stipend submissions • Communicate with patients and caregivers regarding logistics, reimbursement updates, and concerns • Liaise with clinical sites regarding reimbursement and patient travel coordination • Process patient payments, stipends, and travel confirmations • Manage allocation and tracking of patient payment cards • Maintain accurate patient information, visit records, and service logs in real time • Assist with reimbursement submissions on behalf of patients • Identify operational gaps and support service improvements and internal initiatives • Provide data and updates for monthly financial reporting • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, GCP, data protection regulations, and company SOPs • Participate in client meetings, site initiation visits, and investigator meetings when requested • Support internal team projects and initiatives for the growth and improvement of the PCS function

🎯 Requirements

• Argentina-based • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered • Ability to manage patient travel logistics or reimbursement processing for clinical trial projects • Knowledge of patient support services, travel coordination, and reimbursement processes • Ability to use approved systems, travel providers, digital platforms, vendor platforms, and internal tools • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data protection regulations, and company SOPs • Ability to participate in client meetings, site initiation visits, and investigator meetings when requested • Ability to stay current on tools, technologies, and processes related to patient travel and reimbursement coordination
