📋 Description

• Manage travel logistics or reimbursement processing for patients participating in assigned clinical trials • Collaborate with project managers, the Patient Concierge Services Manager, and internal teams to implement patient support services • Set up new projects, including mailboxes, portal access, SharePoint folders, and study-specific documentation • Review and validate patient enrollment information and approve access to designated digital platforms such as PatientGO® • Respond to patient requests through apps, email, and phone • Coordinate flight, train, accommodation, and ground transport bookings • Review, verify, approve, reject, or escalate patient reimbursement and stipend requests • Communicate with patients and caregivers regarding logistics, reimbursements, and concerns • Liaise with clinical sites on reimbursement and patient travel issues • Process patient payments, stipends, travel confirmations, and payment card allocation • Maintain patient information, visit records, and service logs • Assist with reimbursement submissions on behalf of patients • Identify operational gaps and support service improvements and internal initiatives • Provide data and updates for monthly financial reporting • Ensure compliance with GCP, data protection regulations, and company SOPs • Participate in client meetings, site initiation visits, and investigator meetings when requested • Stay current on tools, technologies, and processes related to patient travel and reimbursement coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Argentina-based role • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered • Ability to manage patient travel logistics or reimbursement processing • Ability to collaborate with project managers, Patient Concierge Services Manager, internal teams, clinical sites, patients, caregivers, and vendors • Ability to use approved systems, travel providers, digital platforms, vendor platforms, and tools related to patient travel and reimbursement coordination • Knowledge of study-specific Travel & Reimbursement Policies • Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data protection regulations, and company SOPs • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and accurate real-time documentation • Ability to support financial tracking and monthly reporting • Ability to participate in client meetings, site initiation visits, and investigator meetings when requested
