📋 Description

• Support late-phase Hematology and Immunology portfolios • Support the Clinical Trial Manager/operational team in execution of clinical trials • Liaise directly with CROs and ancillary vendors to manage relevant trial operational tasks • Maintain effective oral and written communication with the project team • Prepare status reports to ensure alignment with study timelines • Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals • Create study manuals, laboratory or biomarker plans, and supporting documents • Create the Master ICF template • Review and approve site changes in consultation with legal and safety when warranted • Update templates with new risks and amendment information

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sponsor-side experience • Global study experience rather than experience limited to a single region • Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic area expertise, ideally with experience supporting complex or pivotal studies • End-to-end study management experience from study start-up through close-out • Strong communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proactive approach, ownership, and ability to work effectively with minimal direction • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, sites, and vendors • Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-moving, complex environments • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
