📋 Description

• Lead the design and maintenance of real-time voice systems • Ensure reliability, scalability, and security in voice quality • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance SIP and RTP-based VoIP systems • Utilize skills to troubleshoot complex routing and signaling issues • Proactively optimize network performance for SIP, RTP, and other protocols • Integrate and support interoperability with PBX systems and modern cloud VoIP • Define and monitor call quality metrics • Lead deployment of advanced voice applications and features

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering • Minimum of 4 years dedicated to VoIP/SIP development • Deep experience with Freeswitch and Kamailio • Proficiency in Lua and Python • Networking expertise with Wireshark, SIPp, and debugging tools • Practical experience with WebRTC and managing TURN/STUN servers • Understanding of traditional telecom hardware • Proven track record in building scalable systems
