📋 Description

• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the software engineering team • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope • Contribute to strategic decisions within the team’s scope • Foster a positive team culture and collaboration • Manage performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth • Contribute to architectural decisions and guide complex software system design • Collaborate with product management to prioritize team project features • Understand business context and align engineering efforts • Identify and mitigate software development project risks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering management • Proven ability in leading teams, strategic planning, and change management • Strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated expertise in software architecture, system design, and implementation • Strong knowledge of security protocols and risk management • Ability to drive innovation and implement process improvement at scale • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices • Experience working with distributed teams and managing offshore team members is a plus
