📋 Description

• Transaction Support : Support Financial Due Diligence projects for national and international transactions • Data Analysis : Prepare, structure, and analyze large financial datasets in Excel • Analytical Modeling : Create and maintain analytical models (Quality of Earnings, Working Capital analyses, Cash Flow analyses) following project team guidelines • Data Validation : Perform plausibility checks and validation of financial information for accuracy and consistency • Report Preparation : Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and working papers for client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Excel Expertise : Strong Excel skills including complex models, large datasets, and efficient data processing • Relevant Experience : 1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or Accounting Advisory • Language : Fluent English — written and spoken • Accounting Knowledge : Solid understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals • Work Style : Structured and reliable working approach with strong attention to detail
