• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering, Product and other roles from intake meeting to close • Serve as an execution partner to hiring managers: build role scorecards, align on sourcing profiles, deliver qualified candidates • Guide hands-on sourcing and prospecting efforts across platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, HireEZ • Craft tailored outreach messages, build talent maps and talent insights, own top-of-funnel activity for hard-to-fill roles • Use Lever (ATS) to maintain clean data and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and funnel metrics • Coordinate candidate touch points across multiple roles and locations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on Engineering and Product Management • Experience within the cybersecurity SaaS domain • Deep fluency in modern sourcing techniques and platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dev.to, HireEZ, AmazingHiring, HireEZ) • Comfortable operating without recruiting sourcing support • Hands-on ATS experience (Lever preferred) and high standards for data hygiene and process consistency • Ability to build high-quality pipelines for Software Engineers and Product Managers • Strong communication skills to keep hiring managers and candidates updated • Ability to fill hard roles quickly while maintaining quality • Collaborate with different teams with urgency and autonomy • English CV appreciated
