📋 Description

• Participate in mapping and reviewing the driver journey, identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement. • Contribute from the Discovery and solution-design phases, ensuring the incorporation of Fraud by Design and Security by Design principles. • Assess fraud and security risks related to the Driver App and its transactional flows. • Conduct threat, vulnerability, and potential attack-vector analyses throughout the fueling journey. • Identify friction points caused by security controls and propose solutions that balance protection with user experience. • Assess risks related to authentication, digital identity, devices, APIs, and integrations involved in the journey. • Define preventive, detective, and corrective controls to mitigate identified risks. • Support the definition of authentication, identity-validation, and account-protection strategies. • Assess the financial, operational, and reputational impacts associated with identified risks. • Work closely with Product, UX, Technology, Data, Operations, and Fraud Prevention teams to ensure secure and efficient journeys. • Support the definition of risk, fraud, and security metrics for continuous monitoring of digital journeys. • Serve as a technical reference on topics related to digital fraud, mobile security, and identity protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Information Security. • Knowledge of digital fraud, account takeover, social engineering, and transactional fraud. • Experience assessing risks in mobile applications and digital channels. • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and digital identity. • Experience designing and implementing anti-fraud controls. • Knowledge of mobile security and application protection. • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and digital application architecture. • Experience analyzing risks, threats, and vulnerabilities. • Ability to assess security impacts during the development of digital journeys and experiences. • Experience working in agile environments and with multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication skills with technical and business teams. • Experience with Fraud by Design. • Experience with Security by Design. • Knowledge of OWASP Mobile and Application Security. • Experience with Device Intelligence and Device Fingerprinting. • Knowledge of biometrics, multifactor authentication, and liveness detection. • Experience with anti-fraud decision engines. • Knowledge of Risk Scoring and risk models. • Experience with transaction monitoring and behavioral analysis. • Knowledge of Machine Learning applied to fraud prevention. • Experience with high-volume transactional applications. • Certifications related to Information Security, risk, or digital fraud.
