📋 Description

• Translate business challenges and opportunities into solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning • Identify high-value use cases and measure the financial, operational and strategic impact of models • Design, build, validate and optimize advanced end-to-end Machine Learning models • Explore and prepare data for deployment and production monitoring • Implement MLOps practices, pipeline automation, versioning, performance monitoring and drift detection • Design and evolve scalable data and Machine Learning architectures in the cloud, especially GCP • Ensure technical quality, data governance, observability, documentation and model lifecycle management • Serve as a technical reference and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks and approaches in AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI • Work with business units, technology teams and executive leadership to align solutions with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python or R for analytical modeling, data manipulation, automation and production Machine Learning • Strong experience with advanced SQL for extraction, transformation, cleaning and integration of large volumes of data • Proven experience building, training, validating, optimizing and deploying supervised and unsupervised models • Familiarity with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM and related libraries • Experience across the full Machine Learning lifecycle, including versioning, monitoring, reproducibility, pipeline automation and production performance tracking • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Spark, Databricks and BigQuery • Strong knowledge of statistics, statistical inference, mathematical modeling and experimental design • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests • Ability to translate analytical results and metrics into actionable insights aligned with strategic, financial and operational objectives • Experience developing and tracking business KPIs and model metrics • Knowledge of scalable data architectures, governance, data quality and information security • Ability to work in highly complex analytical scenarios and propose innovative solutions • Experience in Health (healthcare) is a plus
