📋 Description

• Manage and oversee complex backlogs, ensuring the organization, prioritization, and evolution of requirements • Lead delivery planning and tracking, ensuring deadlines, scope, and priorities are met • Manage workflow, identifying impediments, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring attention • Serve as the liaison between the business, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders • Track delivery, productivity, capacity, and commitment performance indicators • Ensure visibility into initiative progress and communicate status, risks, and deviations • Facilitate the alignments and ceremonies required to ensure delivery progress • Support the definition and review of priorities with the responsible teams • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, seeking greater efficiency and predictability • Ensure requirements are properly structured before entering the development cycle • Help resolve conflicts, dependencies, and impediments that could jeopardize delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or in a similar role, with strong delivery management experience • Proven experience managing complex backlogs • Experience working in Technology environments and developing digital products/solutions • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and flow management practices • Experience managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills • Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset • Strong focus on delivery and meeting commitments • Experience working in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of backlog management and delivery tracking tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms • Experience managing delivery KPIs and metrics • Certifications or education in Agile practices, Project Management, or Product Management
