📋 Description

• Translate the client’s strategy into data requirements and solutions • Structure and lead the definition of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse) • Design and drive the implementation of end-to-end data projects • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with best practices • Support prioritization and organization of requests, turning needs into executable roadmaps • Work closely with business areas to ensure functional understanding and value generation • Act as a technical reference, raising the team’s level and supporting more junior professionals • Promote engineering best practices, governance, and data quality • Participate in architectural decisions and the evolution of the data ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into data solutions • Experience structuring projects and taking them from conception to delivery • Strong results orientation and commitment to delivering value • Solid experience with modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, modern Data Warehouse) • Proficiency in analytical and transactional data modeling • Experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and large-scale processing • Experience with cloud environments (GCP) • Knowledge of Snowflake (a plus) • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data observability
