📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support KPIs, dashboards, and business analytics • Build, optimize, and monitor ETL/ELT processes for consolidating data from multiple sources • Integrate data from internal and external systems, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability • Automate data loads, transformations, and update routines used in Fleet Management dashboards • Structure and evolve the data architecture to support operational, commercial, and consumption KPIs • Develop and maintain Data Marts, analytical layers, and data models for BI and Analytics • Implement data monitoring, observability, and quality control mechanisms • Support the definition and implementation of data governance, including standardization, traceability, and data cataloging • Ensure the availability and reliability of information used by business dashboards and KPIs • Work with BI, Analytics, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to enable scalable analytical solutions • Support the automation of key KPIs used in Fleet Management • Define processes that reduce manual intervention and increase the operational efficiency of data management • Implement best practices for security, access control, and data lifecycle management • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the data platform and its alignment with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering • Advanced SQL • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes • Knowledge of dimensional and analytical modeling • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of data architecture, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakes • Experience integrating multiple data sources and systems • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and observability • Experience automating data processes and updating KPIs • Ability to structure environments for analytical consumption and dashboard development • Knowledge of query and pipeline performance optimization • Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders • Python (a plus) • Databricks (a plus) • Apache Spark (a plus) • APIs, microservices, and data integrations (a plus) • Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and Data Warehouses (a plus) • Orchestration tools such as Airflow, Data Factory, or similar (a plus) • CI/CD applied to data environments (a plus) • Experience with Data Governance projects (a plus) • Experience handling large volumes of data (a plus) • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools (a plus) • Experience in payment processing (a plus) • Knowledge of B2B, logistics, mobility, or fleet management markets (a plus) • Experience in complex, multidisciplinary corporate environments (a plus)
