📋 Description

• Act as the technical focal point for business areas, translating functional requirements into technical specifications; • Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding coding, testing and validation phases; • Support Product Owners, Agile Masters and stakeholders in the strategic alignment of deliveries; • Ensure solution quality by identifying and fixing bugs and managing backlogs; • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Scrumban) and promote application of best practices; • Perform analysis and maintenance of legacy systems; • Provide technical support during and after project rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership of development teams; • Knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban); • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders; • Experience with Java, Unix, Spring Boot and AWS; • Ability to analyze and fix bugs and design scalable solutions; • Experience preparing functional documents, technical specifications and test scenarios; • Strong experience developing sales systems for the telecom industry; • Desirable: experience with telecom sales processes; • Experience with APIs (system integration) and microservices; • Hybrid: 1 day per week on-site — South Zone, São Paulo (SP); • Advanced English.
