📋 Description

• Create and evolve user-centered digital experiences • Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyze user behavior • Develop user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Create responsive, intuitive, and visually consistent interfaces • Work with Figma and other design and prototyping tools • Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into solutions • Apply and contribute to the evolution of Design Systems • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers, and business teams • Ensure the application of UX, UI, accessibility, and usability best practices • Support solution implementation in collaboration with development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a UX/UI Designer • Solid knowledge of UX Design and UI Design • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Experience with prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture • Knowledge of user research and usability testing • Experience with Design Systems and reusable components • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and design principles • Experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams • Portfolio featuring UX/UI projects • Experience with digital products and enterprise platforms • Knowledge of product and user experience metrics • Experience with B2B products • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of front-end development • Experience working on projects involving AI, automation, or emerging technologies
