📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate AI pilot projects across the company • Identify and evaluate relevant use cases (generative AI, automation, personalization, data analysis) • Build a company-wide use-case database and prioritize according to strategic impact • Collaborate with business units to capture requirements, understand processes, and define deployment potential • Select and coordinate external partners and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Langdock, etc.) • Develop and monitor success criteria and KPIs • Conduct internal workshops, showcases, and training measures • Support governance and ethics strategy for AI deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, ideally in digital transformation, media, technology or data • Solid knowledge of current AI technologies (LLMs, prompting, text-to-image, automation tools) • Affinity for journalistic products, editorial workflows and the commercial fundamentals of a media company • Ability to explain complex technical topics in an accessible way • Strong conceptual skills, structured working style and high implementation focus • Ideally experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and digital product development • Team player, enthusiasm for innovation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
