📋 Description

• Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize financial performance and drive long-term value appreciation • Monitor the operational, financial, and strategic performance of properties • Conduct market analyses and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams, including project development and finance, to support investment decisions • Assist with internal and external reporting, including budgeting and forecasting • Support leasing strategies, tenant relations, and property management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, asset management, or real estate investments • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Fluent in German and English
