📋 Description

• You scout new artists, develop them and provide ongoing support • You maintain contacts with artists, producers, composers and artist managements • You conceive audio and audiovisual projects for artist development, for repertoire development of already signed artists, and oversee the implementation and management of productions • You advise our artists and their managements on all music- and production-related matters • You plan and coordinate productions including research, comparing quotes and negotiating prices with all parties involved in the production • You are responsible for the project budgets of your assignments • You take overall responsibility for recording planning and supervise post-production through to the final master • You work closely with Marketing, Promotion and Digital in developing a successful release strategy

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a Tonmeister degree or a degree in music production and are an expert in audio production for classical music and related genres • You have previous experience as a music producer and are familiar with working with artists in classical and adjacent genres • You have strong commercial awareness regarding the costs of external suppliers and studios • You are very familiar with digital media — especially streaming platforms — and are able to develop cross-media concepts • You are willing to travel frequently to meet artists and their managements in an international context • With your very good German and English skills you communicate confidently with our international artists; ideally you also have good knowledge of additional languages
