📋 Description

• Manage and support PostgreSQL/SQL databases, including querying, data cleansing, structuring, and manipulation • Develop Python routines and scripts for data cleansing, integration, and processing • Query and integrate data through APIs, connecting different platforms and information sources • Develop, maintain, and enhance process automation using Python, n8n, and Power Automate • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to support KPI monitoring • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, transforming data into relevant information for decision-making • Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions focused on productivity, analysis automation, and process improvement • Support, monitor, and enhance existing solutions by identifying issues and opportunities for improvement • Gather and understand business-area needs, proposing appropriate technical solutions • Support new initiatives and projects related to data, automation, BI, integrations, and AI • Work cross-functionally, connecting data, Business Intelligence, development, automation, integrations, and Artificial Intelligence while supporting the Digital Channels and Quality teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL • Knowledge of Python, with applications in data cleansing, processing, or integration • Experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development and maintenance • Knowledge of Excel • Experience with or knowledge of API integration and consumption • Knowledge of process automation • Ability to analyze data and transform information into insights that support decision-making • Analytical mindset, autonomy in problem-solving, and the ability to handle diverse demands and work with different teams • Preferred: experience with n8n and/or Power Automate • Preferred: knowledge of or practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence and generative AI to automations, analyses, or processes • Preferred: experience developing and supporting data solutions • Preferred: knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration • Preferred: experience in Digital Channels, Quality, Customer Experience, or Contact Center environments • Preferred: experience with improvement, innovation, or digital transformation projects
