📋 Description

• Acquire new trade businesses as customers • Build and sustainably develop existing customer relationships within the sales territory • Present TAIFUN software solutions on-site or online • Configure software solutions according to customer requirements • Manage the entire sales process, from initial customer contact through contract signing • Identify market potential, monitor developments in the skilled-trades sector, and identify new sales opportunities • Use key performance indicators to track activities and results and manage work effectively • Represent the company at trade fairs and events hosted by wholesalers • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer journey • Support trade businesses with the digitalization and optimization of their workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for sales and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach • Engaging, personable manner and excellent communication skills • Ideally, experience selling products that require explanation or involve a high degree of complexity • Solid IT skills and an interest in digital solutions • Structured, reliable, and self-directed approach to work • Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or a university degree • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
