📋 Description

• Acquire new craft businesses as customers and sustainably develop existing customer relationships in the sales territory • Present TAIFUN software solutions convincingly on-site or online • Configure software solutions according to customers’ requirements and everyday craft-work needs • Manage the entire sales process from first customer contact through successful contract conclusion • Identify market potential, monitor developments in the skilled-trades environment, and identify new sales opportunities • Use performance indicators to monitor activities and results and steer work toward targets • Represent the company at trade fairs and events at wholesalers • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer journey • Support craft businesses in their digital transformation and build sustainable customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Sales enthusiasm and strong customer and service orientation • Winning, personable presence and strong communication skills • Ideally, experience selling products that require explanation or are complex • Solid IT knowledge and interest in digital solutions • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or completed university studies • Valid driving licence • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
