• ターゲット人材の定義・要件すり合わせ • 採用担当と連携した候補者ペルソナの設計 • LinkedIn、BizReach、Findy、YOUTRUST等のスカウト媒体を用いた候補者データベースの検索と分析 • 候補者の経歴や関心に合わせたパーソナライズ文面の作成・送信・フォローアップ • スカウト返信率・面談移行率などのデータ分析 • アプローチ手法のPDCAサイクル運用 • ソーシングチームオペレーションの強化 • 潜在層・顕在層のターゲット人材発掘から初回アプローチ、面談設定までのソーシングプロセス主導
🎯 Requirements
• 人事・採用実務経験、法人営業・キャリアアドバイザー・カスタマーサクセス、コールセンター等の社外折衝経験を2年以上お持ちの方 • 定量的な目標に対しプロセスを自ら設計し、継続的に達成してきた実績 • 不確実な状況下でも目標達成に向けてPDCAサイクルを回し、やり切ることができる行動力 • 基本的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, その他ITツール） • フルタイム（40時間/週）の勤務が可能な方 • 日本時間9:00-18:00に勤務可能な方
