📋 Description
• Work inbound leads (approx. 300 leads/month coming from an agency) • Manage the sales process through to closing (closer profile) • Present and sell the Business Exchange • Maintain the CRM (CODA) • Participate in: • Weekly metrics meeting (30 min) • Monthly strategic meeting (1h) • Achieve progressive membership acquisition targets

• Previous experience as an SDR • Closer profile • Strong closing ability • Clear, confident, and professional communication • Excellent diction • No mistakes in Portuguese • Highly organized
