📋 Description

• Ongoing client engagement and matter generation • Support in expanding the Restructuring & Insolvency practice area • Establishing structures • Implementation of IT solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in advising companies in crisis, insolvency plan and StaRUG proceedings, defending executives against liability claims, and insolvency avoidance (clawback) actions • Strong communicator with drive, able to work independently and highly team-oriented • Outstanding relevant qualifications, in particular top results in state examinations (Prädikatsexamina) • Meticulous and highly detail-oriented • Willingness to travel (approx. 2 x 2 days per month to Berlin)
