📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements • Translate business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models • Prepare, transform, and model data using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies • Partner with business stakeholders to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are followed • Perform testing and validation of data models, reports, and analytics solutions • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation • Support self-service analytics adoption across the organization • Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of the data platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Data Analyst delivering reporting and analytics solutions • Strong experience with Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud data platforms • Strong SQL skills, including data analysis and query optimization • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Experience working directly with business stakeholders • Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts • Experience with data quality, validation, and governance practices • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights • Nice to have: experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, or related industries • Nice to have: experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Platform, or Databricks • Nice to have: experience with AI-enabled analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions • Nice to have: Microsoft certifications related to Data Analytics, Fabric, Azure, or Data Engineering • Nice to have: experience supporting self-service analytics adoption initiatives • Candidates must be available to work within the Spain time zone (CET/CEST)
