📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements for new and enhanced data feeds • Support the definition of data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation requirements • Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Information Security teams to align solutions with standards and governance requirements • Work with third-party vendors and internal teams throughout the delivery lifecycle • Investigate and resolve issues, defects, and queries identified during testing • Partner with business SMEs to validate delivered data against reporting, analytics, and operational requirements • Assist with comparison testing and dual-running activities between existing and new data solutions • Maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and related documentation • Contribute to data quality assurance and reconciliation processes • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders across project phases

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within data-focused projects • Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and data requirements • Solid understanding of data extraction, reconciliation, and validation processes • Experience with data integration, data warehouse, data platform, or reporting initiatives • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors • Experience supporting testing activities, defect management, and issue resolution • Strong documentation skills, including data dictionaries, process documentation, and requirements specifications • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and information security principles is nice to have • Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments is nice to have • Familiarity with complex, large-scale data transformation initiatives is nice to have
