📋 Description

• Support patients before and after their infusions by managing intake, documenting vitals, and coordinating appointments • Process referrals and document relevant information in the EMR • Communicate with internal teams and sometimes with patients • Review and process incoming digital e-faxes from referring providers • Accurately enter patient demographics, diagnosis codes, insurance details, and treatment orders into the EMR • Confirm referral details with doctors and referrals via phone and email • Log patient calls per standard SOPs • Send schedule confirmations and post-treatment summaries to referring offices via fax • Create or update patient charts based on received documentation • Identify incomplete or unclear information and flag for internal follow-up • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and organization across patient records

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Medical Assistant or medical administrative experience required • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (for client phone communication) • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with data entry • Familiarity with digital e-fax platforms and EMR systems • Comfort working independently in a remote setting • Understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation • Reliable internet and a quiet home office environment • Ability to work full-time EST
