📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for Workday HCM, Payroll, and related modules. • Diagnose and resolve intermediate to advanced Workday issues (configuration errors, data inconsistencies, integrations, and workflow disruptions). • Investigate user-reported problems, implement fixes for reports, business processes, security roles, and performance issues. • Provide remote support via ticketing system, chat, or email; document solutions and update the knowledge base. • Manage user accounts, perform audits, apply minor configurations, and monitor system health. • Triage and escalate complex issues to client experts, Workday support, or third-party vendors per SOPs. • Maintain records of tickets, resolutions, and trends; contribute to SOP updates and user guides. • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and IT policies; stay updated on Workday releases and recommend process improvements. • Assist in Workday testing, updates, and integration tasks when required. • Provide after-hours support for urgent issues on a rotating schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday administration or Tier 2/3 support; managed services experience is a plus. • Workday modules — HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Reporting. • Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365). • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote support tools. • Basic understanding of SSO, MFA, and browser troubleshooting. • Excellent English communication for cross-time-zone collaboration (Philippines to U.S. East Coast). • Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
