📋 Description
• Plan and coordinate team events and customer dinners, often multiple per month • Manage contracts and general administrative work • Support the people function and day-to-day office operations • Build lightweight processes that scale as the team grows • Take on ownership of work that falls between the cracks as the company expands
🎯 Requirements
• Highly organized self-starter who can independently figure out logistics and execute • Strong people and communication skills • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment • High agency and a genuine willingness to own the unglamorous work that keeps a team running • Bonus: experience supporting business operations, recruiting, or chief-of-staff-type work; a non-traditional background is welcome
