Talents2Germany is a Frankfurt-based talent mobility and placement service that helps software engineers relocate to and integrate into Germany’s tech ecosystem. The organization runs a structured 9-month journey split into four tracks—language learning, visa and relocation (including Blue Card) preparation, job-success preparation, and technical upskilling—and offers two engagement models: a Full Migration Program with active placement and one-on-one support, and a Patronship program where German employers sponsor candidates. Talents2Germany provides personalized consulting, ongoing support, and connects candidates with German employers from a talent pool to facilitate hiring and relocation.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features across the web platform • Collaborate closely with GenAI engineers to integrate AI-powered capabilities into the product • Own end-to-end delivery, including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment • Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Work with enterprise clients’ technical stakeholders when needed • Help grow the engineering team through mentoring and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development • Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript • Solid backend development skills in Python, including FastAPI, Django, or similar • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and RESTful API design • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines • Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team with short release cycles • Excellent communication skills in English • German language at B1/B2 level • Willingness to learn German and reach working proficiency at C1 within 6 months
