📋 Description

• Prepare quotes for software licenses (mostly using pre-made pricing tables) • Prepare quotes for hardware (switches, laptops, etc.) and negotiate with suppliers • Send commercial proposals and track responses • Manage deadlines, follow-ups, and organize requests • Send documents and invoices to the financial BPO • Perform HR administrative routines (occupational health certificates - ASO, benefits, simple onboarding) • Analyze client reports and identify opportunities (e.g., outdated Windows, incompatible antivirus) • Contact clients offering proactive quotes • Maintain organized documentation and up-to-date records

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience • Experience in commercial roles selling services • Experience in customer service • Organized, persistent, and able to work efficiently • Good communication skills and professional demeanor • Ability to liaise with suppliers • Comfortable with technology (technical expertise not required) • Able to work in a team • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
