📋 Description

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the training framework curriculum • Teach networking, server and client administration, Windows/Linux, virtualization, IT security, and hardware and system components • Teach the fundamentals of scripting and automation, customer consulting, and IT support • Combine theory, practical examples, and interactive methods such as case studies, lab work, and project-based learning • Prepare participants for the extended IHK final examination, including the in-company project and technical interview • Conduct regular progress assessments, provide feedback, and offer individualized learning support • Create and maintain teaching materials and digital content, including resources in Moodle and lab environments • Continuously optimize the curriculum based on technology trends and feedback • Document learning progress and attendance • Coordinate closely with the teaching team, department management, and administration

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, a degree in IT (Computer Science, Business Informatics), or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, network operations, or server operations • Knowledge of networking, virtualization, IT security, and common operating systems • AEVO certification (AdA certificate), or willingness to obtain it by December 2026 • Experience training apprentices or teaching adults • Proficiency with digital tools and learning platforms • Structured working style, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge • No disqualifying grounds under Section 30 of the German Vocational Training Act (BBiG) • Proof of education, AEVO certification, professional experience, and, where applicable, IHK trainer status required • Certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or LPIC are an advantage
